The "Cultures and Sustainable Development" seminar aims to provide a space for reflection on the social, economic and environmental aspects of sustainable development, from an interdisciplinary and intercultural perspective. By establishing a dialogue between specialists from various disciplines of the humanities and social sciences working on different geographical areas, we will question economic models and modes of production and consumption throughout the world, with a particular focus on the question of inequalities (economic, social and cultural). The seminar is open to any researcher interested in the themes addressed, regardless of their disciplinary affiliation.

The next session will take place on Friday 14th January 2022. Jean-Daniel Collomb (Professor of English Studies at the University of Grenoble Alpes) will present his work.

The organisers:
Karine Constant (ERUDITE), Virginie Gautier N’Dah-Sékou (IMAGER), Alejandro Román Antequera (IMAGER), Antoine Servel (IMAGER), Francesco Sergi (LIPHA).
